  1. ​Plan my day.
  2. Check my emails.
  3. Discover and cook new recipes.
  4. Eat healthy.
  5. Leave work at 4:30 (on most days).
  6. Take quick naps and breaks.
  7. Jump rope.
  8. Lift weights.
  9. Love my body. (Taking progress photos and dancing by myself)
  10. Treat myself. (Eating fun foods like chocolate!)
  11. Study and meditate on the Bible.
  12. Paint.
  13. Tune in to podcasts and music.
  14. Write.
  15. Breathe deep and rest.
  16. Reset my skincare routine.
  17. Learn more about health, nutrition, and money management.
  18. Put a screen time on my phone.
  19. Fix my posture.
  20. Read unread books before bedtime.
  21. Eliminate blue light (cellphone and laptop) one hour before bed.
  22. Listen to instrumental sounds before sleeping.
  23. Sleep for 7–9 hours.
  24. Change my bedsheets every week.
  25. Clean and declutter my room once a week.
  26. Weekly Zoom dates.
  27. Have low maintenance friendships.
  28. Stick to a budget.
  29. Invest in fitness (foods, jump ropes, etc.)
  30. Save up on solo traveling.
  31. Make a bucket list.
